Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between TX Solar Batteries and any
individual or entity that uses this website, requests a consultation, or enters into a service
relationship for a solar installation, energy storage system, or related product. By accessing
the website or moving forward with a project, the user acknowledges acceptance of these
terms. Anyone who disagrees with any portion of this agreement should discontinue use of
the website and may decline further engagement before signing a project contract.
Scope of Services
TX Solar Batteries provides solar and battery storage solutions for residential, commercial,
and off-grid environments. Services may include system design, product sourcing,
installation, commissioning, financing guidance, and post-installation support. Project
specifics are always defined in writing before work begins. Product references on this
website may include brands such as EG4, Canadian Solar, Enphase, Elexity, and CHINT
Power Systems. Their availability can change at any time, and substitutions may occur when
supply chain or technical requirements necessitate them. Nothing on this website
guarantees a particular model, output, or timeline. Performance estimates are projections
based on data at the time of design, and actual field conditions may influence results.
User Responsibilities
Users who request a system quote must provide accurate information, including their
property address, utility provider, energy usage, photographs, or access for site visits. For
installations, uninterrupted access to the roof space, electrical panels, and ground areas is
required. If a property is not code-compliant or contains hidden conditions, additional work
may be needed before installation can proceed. Users must operate their equipment
according to instructions and avoid modifications, unsupported firmware changes, or
unauthorized repairs. Misuse, neglect, or third-party interference may void warranties and
limit available remedies.
Payment and Financing Terms
Project deposits, progress payments, and final payments follow the written agreement
signed before installation. A quote is not binding until both parties sign. If financing is
chosen, approval is handled by the financial institution, and TX Solar Batteries does not
control financing decisions, interest rates, or timelines. A delay in financing does not
constitute a breach by TX Solar Batteries. Users are responsible for reviewing all lending
documents before signing. Failure to make payments may result in suspension of work,
removal of equipment not yet paid for, or other remedies allowed under Texas law.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including text, graphics, images, branding, layout, logos, and
software—is the property of TX Solar Batteries or its content licensors. Users may not copy,
reproduce, modify, resell, or redistribute any portion of the website without written approval.
Limited personal use is allowed for viewing information and evaluating services. Any
unauthorized use may result in legal action and termination of website access.
Equipment Warranties and Limitations of Liability
Product warranties are issued by their respective manufacturers. EG4, Canadian Solar,
Enphase, CHINT Power Systems, and others maintain their own documentation, coverage
terms, exclusions, and claim procedures. TX Solar Batteries assists with warranty support
but does not guarantee manufacturer response times or outcomes. Installation workmanship
may include a separate warranty, defined in the project agreement. No warranty applies to
damage caused by weather events, acts of God, improper usage, tampering, pests, or
external electrical faults.
Liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by Texas law. TX Solar Batteries is not liable
for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, loss of
energy savings, property loss unrelated to installation work, or system downtime. If liability is
ever established, remedies are limited to correction of the issue or refund of the affected
portion of the contract. Website content is provided “as-is,” with no guarantees that it is error-
free, current, or uninterrupted.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute,
claim, or legal action must be brought exclusively in a Texas court of appropriate jurisdiction.
Users agree that venue and legal jurisdiction remain in Texas regardless of their physical
location.
Amendments and Policy Changes
TX Solar Batteries may update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior
notice. Continued use of the website after changes are posted indicates acceptance of the
revised terms. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed.
